Please upload a clear, full-body photo showing the person standing from head to toe. This is essential for creating your handcrafted clay model.

Each MemoPortrait is handmade from clay using traditional pottery techniques in one standard size:

• Shipping Time: Worldwide shipping takes approximately 8 business days (average).

Returns & Refunds

• Refund Window: You can request a refund within 24 hours after placing your order, before we begin production.
• Custom Products: Once production starts, refunds cannot be issued, as the item is custom-made.
